Downey pastor says ICE pointed rifle at her

ICE raids swept through Downey at a church, car wash and more, leading to protests. Tanya Lopez, Senior Pastor at Downey Memorial, said she was trying to advise a man of his rights when an agent pointed their rifle at her.
