2 killed, 1 injured in South LA shooting - 2 arrested

Two men were killed and one woman was injured after a shooting in South LA on Saturday evening.

What we know:

The shooting happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department, near the intersection of Dalton and W. Florence avenues. Officers told City News Service that they saw two people shoot into a crowd in an alleyway before running off.

Officers pronounced two men, both in their 20s, dead at the scene. They brought a third victim, a woman in her 30s, to the hospital. LAPD told City News Service that she was in stable condition.

Pictures of the area from SkyFOX showed the area taped off with multiple officers on scene. There was what appeared to be a sheet on the ground near where officers were standing.

Police took one suspect into custody quickly. A second barricaded themself for a while before officers were able to arrest them too.

What we don't know:

Officials have not identified the victims or the suspects. It was not clear what led to the shooting.
